Security
We offer a bespoke property management service across the UK which is tailored to your individual requirements, plus advice on personal and property security. All contractors we recommend for project management or installation work are screened and vetted in accordance with BS7858, providing reassurance throughout the process.
Whether you require a new CCTV installation, an upgrade to an existing system, access control or alarms, we can introduce trusted security professionals to assess your needs. An initial site visit allows them to understand your property, discuss your concerns and identify suitable solutions. Our recommended contractors will then provide detailed proposals and costings for your approval before work proceeds.
A fee applies to the initial site visit arranged through us. This is refunded if the visit leads to a contracted new installation or upgrade. Our approach provides a clear, carefully managed process, with professional guidance from the initial assessment through to completion.
Interior Design
We can offer an exclusive link to a premier Interior Design service through our private staff recruitment agency. We will introduce a designer who can collaborate with you to transform a space with their expertise and liaison skills. This designer has extensive experience working within properties ranging from historic castles to multi-million-pound new builds across the UK. Their background includes both private and commercial projects, as well as experience in property management services throughout the EU and Overseas.
Garden Design Services
As part of our property management services, we can introduce a designer who has successfully run his own business, catering to high net worth clients across the UK. The Private Staff Agency, in collaboration with our design specialist partners, offers this service without charging an introduction fee. Additionally, the designer will provide a clear explanation of their fee structure, ensuring transparency alongside our commitment to private staff recruitment and security services.

Our consultant has many years of experience transitioning his own traditional country estate from an outsourced agency management plan to an in-house management team. This hands-on management of the entire traditional mixed agriculture estate includes livestock, arable enterprises, forestry, commercial and residential properties. Additionally, he has managed the formal aspects of the estate gardens to accommodate public visitors, creating and overseeing new spaces, such as a café, and managing a large biomass district heating system.
He has successfully managed over 60 estate properties, enhancing rental values while preserving the traditional aims of maintaining the fabric of a rural community. His experience also includes overseeing all forestry operations across 850 acres of primarily broadleaf forestry with his forestry team. This involved collaborating with a forestry advisor to submit woodland management plans, secure felling licenses, and obtain woodland tree health grants for replanting after considerable ash felling.
For four years, our consultant managed every aspect of his estate shoot, hosting 20 let and syndicate days each season. His farming enterprise has undergone significant transformation, tripling the sheep population and shifting to outdoor lambing with a closed Romley flock that is now fully integrated with the arable enterprise, enabled by a new CSS mid-tier scheme.
He oversaw budget management, strategic decision-making, and implementation, presenting biannual progress reports to a Board of Trustees. In seven years, he has nearly doubled the income generated across the entire estate. This involved updating rental policies, leveraging the core asset for investments in off-estate commercial properties, restructuring the farming operation, initiating a new tourism and leisure enterprise, and hosting various events, including aspects of private staff recruitment to enhance operations.
A significant portion of his role has centered on engaging external stakeholders, including the local community. His estate has collaborated with numerous national and local organizations, such as the National Trust and Royal Agricultural University, achieving several conservation successes. He has now appointed an Estate Manager to oversee the entire estate and is eager to lend his expertise to owners of private houses and estates, advising on property management services to enhance operations, maximize potential, minimize waste, and increase profitability. Security services are also part of the estate's operational framework, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
